It is just about week two of college and I am starting to realize that a lot of what I do revolves around food. I know its time to wake up (or perhaps its time to get my ass out of bed and run to class) when the smell of french fries starts seeping into the room for the cafeteria in the basement of our dorm-house. I know its time to horde bread and cereal out of the cafeteria and under my sweatshirt when I have spent $400 dollars on "scholarly books." And I know when the fire alarm goes off because of "burnt popcorn" it is either the kid a few floors down smoking weed again or the school wants to see over 100 confused-half dressed-mid studying freshman run outside in the rain in an attempt to, "teach you a lesson about fire drills." Regardless, food is the bases for all of my daily activities. Being back on the bottom of the frosh-to-senior ladder is like being a baby again. We eat, we sleep, and we learn to talk (or in this case we learn what *bra means and what a *heady is). But all of this can be overlooked because we now live on our own, right? I can come home as late as I want. I can sleep as late as i want. I can pretty much do whatever I want whenever I want, including laundry. And if you are me you'll decided to let your roommate do some laundry for you, unfortunately she doesn't know what a drier sheet it. So yes, the french fry smell and the burn popcorn are worth it all.

Nearly everyone in a fraternity is a bro but there are also many bros who are not in a fraternity. They often wear a rugby shirt and a baseball cap. It is not uncommon for them to have spiked hair with frosted tips.
*Heady-An adjective describing a trait of certain strains of cannibis that causes their user to experience or perceive increased or enhanced cognitive activity or ability.
